Since 2018, I have been working as a certified Life Coaching Professional specializing in Transformational, life, and Confidence building. My journey as a coach began in 2018 when I obtained my certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF). However, for over 10 years, I have been personally assisting individuals in dealing with their challenges and achieving their goals. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have discovered my true calling in life, and I am deeply passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives.

One of my proudest accomplishments is raising my two sons, Cameron and Terry, who are the center of my world. As a coach, I strive to guide my clients by engaging both their intellect and their emotions. It's truly amazing what can be achieved when we fully commit ourselves to a goal. Sometimes, all it takes is a supportive accountability partner, and I am here to fulfill that role. My initial encounter with coaching occurred during a Professional women's conference, and from that moment, my heart was ignited. I knew that this was the path I should pursue, to assist men and women facing various life situations.

Reflecting on my own past, I wish I had known about the availability of coaches when I encountered obstacles in my own life. Having someone to help me navigate through the pain, rejection, divorce, and the process of letting go would have made a tremendous difference, sparing me countless nights of suffering. However, through self-encouragement and personal motivation, I found solace by writing in my journal. Eventually, those pages transformed into my book, "Encouragement Ladder," which was published in 2015. This experience propelled me forward, and I realized that I had discovered the light at the end of the tunnel. It wasn't a train; it was my awakening.
